OSHA Regulation 1919.119 entitled “Process Safety Management of Highly Hazardous Chemicals” mandates that manufacturers and/or processors using any one of almost 150 chemicals, flammable liquids, or gasses in their process must insure the safety of their employees against the consequences of a catastrophic release of these toxins.

We can help you develop and maintain a written plan of action containing a process hazard analysis, as well as perform the inspections that will insure the Mechanical Integrity of the complete systems containing these materials.

Creep and Stress Rupture Testing are similar in principal except that the applied loads in Stress Rupture Testing are generally higher than in Creep Testing. Stress Rupture is a measurement of “time to failure” at a particular load, time, and temperature, whereas Creep is a measurement of progressive mechanical deformation at a particular load, time, and temperature.
